Raw Vegan Recipe – Spicy Tomato Soup

Evelyn's Mark - Raw Vegan Soup Recipe Tomato & Basil


  • 4 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, soaked and use the water
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • a couple of pinches of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp unrefined salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs olive oil



  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, for about a minute or until smooth.
  2. Serve in punch glasses, or in small bowls.



For a chunkier soup, adding sweetcorn or diced avocado or both make this dish really satisfying. Sweetcorn kernels act like a sort of crouton!
